So tonight has been a very long night. It started around 5pm, when I met some girls for dinner, and it just kept going from there. I ended up going to dinner, then picking up my things from a friend's room, then making posters for P.R. for Delta Tau, then Amanda and I went off to get her dinner, then I went to a DT meeting (who most everyone showed up late for), then after that I went to Theta chi for their activation/reception (where I was cuddled by Frank, and that made me feel a bit better about my day.. hugs always help.. I think he was feeling shyte-like as well...), the off I went to DT's pledge week meeting and we did karaoke as well as randomly sang to each other on the machine... Then I ended up going to TGI Fridays with a group of girls to enjoy Lauren's power hour. She ended up getting RATHER trashed (and none of the rest of us drank), so we left Fri's around... 2ish? Ended up being asked by some older girls to watch Lauren for a while, and watched a movie downstairs. I'm just now back in my room again...
Got a bit of a spook tonight on the way into the parking lot. We ended up pulling up behind two parked cars on the campus parking lot, and we watched as a guy got out of one car and ran to the other car and pulled a gun on the people inside the car. We clearly saw it and it freaked the hell out of all of us (Mandy and Melinda were with me.) We then proceeded to book it out of there and park somewhere else while immediately calling campus security. We're all rather curious about what was going on, but we didn't really feel the desire to stick around and watch what happened.
Well, it's rather late and it's thundering and lightning like mad out, so it's prime sleeping time. I'll write more sometime tomorrow of course...

awww how cute, my floor tried to involve me in an assassin game, but I've been sorta bummed on them recently after I got screwed over in the Guild's assassin game. It really pissed me off actually. I ended up as the target of the guy who organized the game, and he knew the instant the game started and came after me to "kill" me once he knew where I lived (aka. 5minutes after he acquired me as a target.) He woke me up and got me after I opened the door to see who had dared disturb my pre-lunch, post-calculus nap. He "killed" me as I said "What? The game started? No one has their info yet! No one said the game started!" He responded.. "But all the info went out to your mailboxes today. I put it there myself just a bit ago" and I ended up just being raging pissed because the Guild decided not to, you know, announce that the game started, which is sort of a requirement, because as far as I had known, no one knew when the game was going to start except "Well, sometime after spring break" So yeah. Personally, I don't think the people organizing the game should be allowed to play. It's sort of an unfair advantage.... really unfair. They later sent out an apology about their idiocy, and sadly they sorta ruined the game for me, at least for a while.
Today was fun... sort of. Tried to get my post-calc, pre-lunch nap in, but my friend who got drunk last night ended up calling me 4 times and I was unable to nap. So I'm wicked tired now, and slightly crabby. So I skipped my schools and society class, and then went to play with my fourth graders, and went to work. But my friend did apologize profusely (she didn't even know how late she had kept us up until I told her at lunch, after my nap was ruined) and I drove us to McDonalds where she bought me some tasty imitation cheeseburgers (I refuse to acknowledge that as a real cheeseburger, but I will not deny that it was tasty...). Now I think I'll sleep for a few hours before I wander my way over to the design studio to work on my sketches that are due tomorrow...
btw.. I hate it when my friend's boyfriend ends up doing something stupid like making out with a girl who only deserves to be beaten with a rolled up newspaper...
Poor Cindy...
