So I emailed my calc professor about my problems that I have in his class. He never emailed me back at all, but after class today he came up to me and said that he understands why I would prefer to talk in email (weee.. because of me getting all emotional cause I hate doing shitty, so why not skip the emotional part, cause they don't need that and just talk in email?), but he told me that he'd rather converse with me during his office hours cause he doesn't feel he can say what he wants to say over email.

What I want to know is how can one not say something over email? It's not like he's going to tutor me, so he doesn't need a blackboard or something of the like. He can do his "I'm disappointed that a student who understands yadda yadda yadda bullshit bullshit bullshit" speech through email. Then when I start crying because of it, I don't get the added embarassment of crying in front of him. I even TOLD him this... and I know it's going to happen that way, and yet he still wants to meet during office hours.

All I want is to get through the class with a C. That's all I want. I just want the freakin requirement done with. I don't care about math anymore except measure twice, cut once. I guess I'm just upset that he's making as big a deal of it as he is. So my homework is perfect, I can answer all the questions in class, and my tests blow. That happens, doesn't it? Please tell me I'm not the only one who does that?? am I???
