Recently I had a good friend tell me, "I figured out who you are: You're Frank Grimes*, except with a sense of humor."
It sort of reminded me how years ago, inevitably amid one of my stupid rants on trivial shit, and on several separate occasions, i had friends say, "Um....have you heard of a show called Curb Your Enthusiasm? I think you'd really like it. The guy in the show, Larry David, is a lot like you."
hmmmmm....the weird thing is that i see these things as compliments.

1) thank you for your concern for my taste in sunwear (dammit they are cool)
2) I ALMOST posted the Underdog poster and trailer a month or two back because I was seriously rolling when I thought about who the hell would put this into production
3) hope you went into Transformers with an open mind! There is more dialog then that guy thought but Opt DOES have lips (though they do a couple throwbacks and his lips get covered by his mouth shield at times during battles. I enjoyed it for the efforts it did make (oh and that JJ Abrams thing caught my atttention before the film).
