I had a panic attack at work last night...
the good folks at Intel have floated the idea of me joining on as a permanent employee (my yearlong contract with them is up in a few months)
it's a decent job with good pay, great benefits, and all that, but i don't like the people out here, but that's just work and K may want to settle in this town, but that means give up on the comedy pipe-dream...then again, with K in school and i can't really take Earl, i don't know when/if i'll get back to L.A. and i've always struggled with finding that consistent voice behind the act and and and.....
it seems like a really stupid thing to pass up as i don't have a degree and they're willing to forgo that requirement and all, just didn't know the comedy thing would have such a sudden death....
...at least now i understand why the grooms in those funny video shows are always fainting.

And Portland could use a decent comedy club, huh? Maybe you could be the comedic savior of the NW.
