I'm sitting here eating Krispy Kreme donuts wondering just where the hell the week went... sorry for the neglect. But these chocolate pasteries sure are delicious. I still have plenty for all you late breakfast eaters.
The play opened last night, despite much unnecessary drama off the stage. There was a full-blown fight betewwn the techs and the director, resulting in the entire tech crew walking off the project. I missed this, seeing how my part is very limited now in overseeing the success of the play, but I hear it was one to have witnessed. The director left also, needing time to gather her emotions and thoughts. Everyone re-converged about 40 minutes til curtain call, not really sorry for their actions, but willing to make their way through the performance. Overall I think things went very well. Of course nerves had a part in the opening night, but the actors took well into their roles and made the evening a success. Tonight is the next (and last) performance. This play has been in the works for just over a year, and I have been a part of doing the fight choreography for about 6 months. I wish they had a few more times to perform, but I'm sure everyone is very eager to resume a normal life.
I need to get donuts more often. These are really hitting the spot this morning.

Cherry-filled donuts are my fave. And the regular glazed are up there as well.
I didn't go to E3, just eagerly anticipating all the explosive news that manages to linger out of all the important people's mouths. And for news concerning Nintendo's next console, which was very limited, sadly.
