like all things in this life, perception drives us. we make sense of the world through what our nerves interpret. fire scorches flesh, pain ensues and a lesson is learned.
but aside from these 5-senses are those things we percieve from within our soul. why is it that people get 'bad vibes'? how can one person see beauty but another see disgust? is intelligence universal or just related to the environment in which it exist?
my mind jabs at notions of artistic expression. words flow in a stream of consciousness onto paper with little effort. but do others see these lyrical constructs as pieces of my spirit, or as more noise screaching forth with the din of the world? i display them on small occasions here. a quick wit created haiku thursday some time ago. but are my constructs worthy? why are other's words roared while mine whisper silently forth?
what i need is to find is a melodic harmony to blend my musings.
maybe; maybe not.
