thanks for the comment, no the birthday injury wasn't permanent, he ended up getting this liquid stitch on his head that will leave a fun story-telling scar. the night is in blocks in my memory, honestly though, there are parts of the night that don't even come close to ringing a bell. that's probably the mark of a good party too, blacking out. thankfully, i have a killer group of friends who make sure i'm a-ok.

my vote, stay home and drink with friends. more fun, and no one has to drive.
