The weather has finally turned cooler here. Days went from being in the 100's to highs in the upper 80's. Should I be overjoyed? yes. Am I? yes. Do I think we've seen the last of the hot weather? ....no, unfortunately. But I do think the temps over 100 are done for the year. I can't wait for autumn to usher in brisk mornings and evenings filled with airy breezes, unladen with mosquitoes.

Tonight the full moon begins to come into phase, and I am a bit restless. I wouldn't call it 'lunacy' in the strict sense of the word, but I am struggling to sleep. The blood runs hot with desire.
