I bought donuts for the office today. They seem to think I am the greatest person in the world now. Amazing... some pastry and a little sugar goes a long way. Maybe this is the key to getting people and nations to cooperate. I bet none of the Mid-East peace talks started with donuts. Nooo, they probably all came in and had some dry toast and really strong coffee. You know what strong coffee does to you in the morning?? Makes you poop. Yep, makes you poop. Now, how would you like sitting in meetings all morning having your no-donut eating self trying to contain bowels with a mind of their own, while listening to some guy you dislike in the first place try to explain his position and not once mentioning who forgot to stop by the local pastry shop to get the donuts... Now, if that didn't put a snag in the works, imagine hitting the toilet after several others full of strong coffee have beat you there.

I think maybe it's the fact that one of my mom's friends used to work in at Daylight Donuts and she brought us a bunch of donuts all the time, and they're weren't exactly fresh. Eatable, yes, but not fresh. They got to me after a while.
Although a regular glazed donut will do. As long as it's fresh.
Coffee is gross too. Unless it's super-sweet and got cocoa in it and then, you know, it's not coffee anymore!
