im started to really enjoy reading cookbooks on the shitter. its a good way to casually pass a few minutes, and i really dont tend to care about recipes at other times. i mean, i care about them when im cooking, but by then its too late to buy necessary ingrediants. i feel like i eat well, and im becoming a better cook all the time, but i need to branch out and eat different stuff.
leaving tomorrow morning for jeckyll island, ga for a few days with my mother. she is giving a paper and im getting a free hotel room out of it. also, apparently loggerhead turtles (delicious pic) abound. so, this trip should have some good beach time, some of which will be spent sitting in the dark watching and listening to waves while drinking a beer. should be interesting.
