In iPhoto, when you export, you can shrink it down somewhat in size, which sometimes will do the trick. Especially if you crop it first. Other than that, I dunno. I've asked this question, in the Mac group even, and received no reply. It's like, if you don't have Photoshop, we don't give a fuck.
That, or everyone is like, why would you want to do that?
Maybe people just don't know. because I don't think it's one of those situations where I've asked a question so stupid that no one will deign to answer...
