and have found that the combination of green tea and cheap cigars is an extremely beneficial tonic to my particular form of perpetual nervousness
it gives me the driving energy to tackle mind-numbing academics and fills my body with a warm glowing penumbra of gladness

I think it is an acquired taste - but it is perfect for this gray March afternoon

sorry i haven't been keeping up. i don't spend that much time here anymore. thanks for all your wonderful comments. and i apreciated the Hughes poem. as for habiits and remedies; i have dropped anything serious and now cling only to the smelly and banal addiction of menthol cigarettes.
