Well, it's my dad's REAL birthday tomorrow (81!) but we celebrated yesterday--I want to thank each and every one of you who wished him well... and by the way, I really DID give him each and every one of your personal greetings, for which he sincerely thanks you as well!
Yes, my dad is quite an interesting person. That and certain things I've overheard recently make me want to start a new blog section called... Interesting People! Now, that doesn't mean that anyone not immediately featured is NOT interesting--let's not have that misunderstanding right off the bat... but while I'll be getting to the MR sets as I always do, I wanted to share some cool 'off-board' items with you (with the specific permission of the participants, as always)...
Okay, here's my pal macismycrack in action again... she's long been an aficionado of makeup, but she's found herself some very exciting inspiration lately, and she's definitely been keeping an eye on it!

The birthday countdown continues for super-friend Cadavre, who's been kind enough to share the set that MR doesn't want you to see (long story)... I happen to think this is one of her most beautiful images ever!
(Oh, and when I say "long story," you know it's not just her... the epidemic of rejected sets continues unabated, and I'm waiting to hear back on permission to share some more examples with you...)

And Friend Numero Uno (yes, the VERY first friend I made on this site) has renewed her membership as of today and vows not to give up--I will always be in the corner of Raynne and urge you to make her acquaintance as well!
