Actually, I started as a medical records keeper, then I became a "transcriptionist" of sorts... the truth of the matter is that I'm essentially self-taught with good typing skills and a fortunate background in medical terminology--and that's helped me...

the meal you suggested did sound very tasty...i may have to try it sometime... I am not majorly handy in the kitchen but i think the steak, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables i made last night for my bf definitely were appreciated... lol
