Well tomarrow is the glorious New York Auto show and I have to admit that I'm kind of buzzed about going up to NY for the weekend. I've been traveling more and more lately and it's really starting to make me a little sad. I know tons of people who love to travel because they can get away from their wives or home. There are...

I had heard that, besides the Japanese jail time (remember the pot bust?), Paul and Linda McCartney spent a total of two weeks away from each other in their entire marriage... it's really quite unfortunate that she died (I mean more so than "regular death" being unfortunate :^/ ) when you consider how few rock-marriages last.
While I'm not around much this week... or prob next... I'd love to hear about the car show. I've been really freaked on Amer. Chopper lately. My fave car's prob the '54 El Dorado, although I've seen pics of Delahayes (I think it was French) from the 1930s that look like Peter Max paintings come to life.

Jealous here man. I'd worry if you didn't miss your girl. That being said enjoy the car show and please post your favorites or I'll have to crawl down the Internet and throttle you hehe wink Seriously enjoy yourself and bring back pictures! biggrin

March 19th. . .

We started out the day just like any other day I guess, early morning coffee at Starbucks, hair cut, rental car returned and then off to our Ostara ritual. So from 3 to 8 we drank wine, ate cheese and socialized with the Witch's of Burke VA. Confusion set in shortly after as we tried to navigate the streets of DC...

Today I was on my way to Baltimore when I decided to play at home and setup my New York Trip. I'll be up there from the 23rd through that Saturday. I managed to find a nice modern hotel without spending a fortune and the total flight fits nicely under 250.
I'll be hanging out at the International Auto show and get to spend some...

Well the week came and went. . . I guess that's a pretty good thing. We had our first National meeting and I'll be going to New York for the first time at the end of this month. Rah Rah Rah. . . for the auto show and a tour of our broadcast center. I'm trying to figure out what to do when I get...

Weekends, sleeping in, and bad movies.

Well it's saturday, and although it's finally signaled the start of the weekend for me, instead of a trumpet blaring it's arrival it's the sound of a mouse squeeking away in the corner. I've managed to make myself so tired on the grind during the week that friday was spent watching Battlestar Galactica (love) and then a horrible rendition...

The day was spent in Richmond Virginia playing with car dealers and trying to justify my paycheck. Normally the things that go on around me while I'm working are as noteworthy as a Jennifer Lopez movie but today was a little different.
I'm standing looking out the window of a Toyota dealership on West Broad Street; it's a quarter after noon and traffic is pretty...

I've answered the question on LJ and I guess I'll have to answer it here. . . wink My first journal post on SG.com came to be during a "Jerry McGwire" moment. I wasn't feeling to good, couldn't sleep, stressed out and I created a mission statement. Focused on lay lines and nodes and millions of different ideas floating through my head. Now I've received dozens...

Just a little bit, also titled I think I am this crazy
Something has been touching the soft velvety edges of my mind for the past year. I'd say it was just a feeling and move on but as time stretches itself to a crawling pace I can't discount it as just a feeling. Maybe it's me, maybe it's the way my mind works, or...

It has to be one of my favorite movies, you couldn't put together a better cast and chemistry wise you couldn't ask for anything more. I'd also recommend Suicide Kings another not often remembered movie that surprised me.

Thanks.

Thanks! I will pass that on to L.

Ever read Girl, Interupted? It's about insanity. wink No, I know what you mean, though. There are things I have known with no logical way of knowing them and it's scary.

Well I've launched my SN, the lovely Silvereve started a membership as a present for Yule. . . For some strange reason she gave it a femme name and threw her picture in the little box. Since she scented all over it and since I play by the rules I thought I'd get my own damned subscription. . . plus anything that I can do...
