A couple of weeks ago someone told me that when I say things they hurt. My response was, "The truth usually does." For those of you who have known me a long time, you know that it is my character to be abrupt, mean, stoic or emotional, and, sometimes, hurtful. But, you also know that on the other side I'm faithful, loyal, and unfailingly honest with those I love and confide in.

Many people at some point have asked me for advice. I am upfront about the things that have happened in my life and the person that those things have molded me to be. I'm very harsh about my view of other people and human relationships. My advice usually tends to be cautionary towards the worst possible scenario. It's out of concern that I do this. There are some people who don't talk to me for extended period of times because of this. But, if and when, we come back together there are always apologies, congratulations and understanding. If everything works out, I will be there to bask in your every glow. If it doesn't, I am simply there. Not to gloat but, to reassure you that there is someone that understands. I expect and demand nothing less in return from those I confide in.

So, for the person that I cautioned today...you are in my prayers and my thoughts. The small part of me that still believes in love and all its possiblities, in friends and their good characters...hopes that this will not end in more heartbreak. I did ask you not to speak to me while we are at odds over the situation because you will do nothing but resent me more, especially if I turn out to be right. Until that time, or the time I am proved wrong...I am still your friend. I am still here even if I don't speak.

And, for those of you who just call me a bitch, and then tell me you love me. I appreciate it, and always have even if I don't say it enough. At Porter's I thought I'd have all the time in the world to tell you. So Angel Bunny and Mags....let everyone else know huh? My bunnies that I miss in my subconcious and have lost touch with. You all are the only people to have ever known me with nothing hidden.
