Thanks to my SG homies for a damn fine time bowling last night - it got me out of my doldrums quite nicely, and opening above 140 didn't hurt, either...
So right after my last post, which indicated my generally dour mod recently, my bike was stolen. Stolen from a "secure" courtyard area at my friend's apartment. There were a bunch of bike sitting around, but of course, mine was nice, so someone from the building (or a visitor) stole it while I sat 15 feet away in my buddy's place. Bike thieves get a special room in Hell, that's for sure. Cowards.
To all my Chicago homies: Riviera is playing at Gunther Murphy's on Saturday the 30th. You'll hear us on a couple Local Anesthetic Capsules (on XRT) that week, as well as spotting us in the Reader, so be part of our big push and come on out to the show.
