The same would be true of working at home. I spent three days at my new job in an office right downtown and already I'm appreciating the coming of the weekend much more than I was before.

The new gig rocks. Played some foosball today. Apparently it's Friday afternoon ritual, along with the "Manamana" song from the Muppet Show (or was it Sesame Street? There's some contention on that point in the office).

So I been busy lately, but I'm looking forward to bowling Monday. See some of y'all then...

Oh, and the usual band update: We got a cool writeup in the new music magazine "Chicago Blacklist" - they reviewed one of our Schuba's shows. It was pretty sweet. You can also buy a copy of our new EP on the web now. Thank you, CD Baby! Another fine web operation out of Portland. Anyway, check out the disc. Tell your friends. When we're big and famous, just say "S.G." to a bouncer at one of our shows and I promise you'll get backstage.
