Good morning everyone! It's a not so nice Sunday morning in Zurich, Ironman Switzerland is on its way and it'll be hell to get through the city!

So I went to see my son yesterday after we weren't able to meet up for his b-day last Sunday, we went to the park and played in the sand, which was kinda fun, it reminded that I should be going out more, get dirty (literally) and just dont give a shit about what others think just because a 31 year old has dirty, sandy pants on

Anyway, I gave him a Star Wars Lego item. Ploo Koon's Star Fighter, which he first just ignored because playing in the sand and building a volcano just was more interesting but I'm sure he'll get into it!

So, there's no updates on my backpiece, had a 2 week break but will continue this coming Wednesday for a 3 hour session.

I'm also exited about some german guests coming over from Munich next Saturday and I just hope weather will be fine so I can show them around Zurich and just have a good time!
