So a female friend of mine finally expressed that she has strong feelings for me. I've suspected for a while, but she's kinda shy and never said anything until this weekend. She knows I'm bi, though and a see a bunch of people. From what I know she's not poly. I wouldn't mind being more than friends with her, but I'm not sure that she can deal with not being monogamous. Sigh.

Maybe the reason that she has strong feelings for you is because you're so different from her. I agree with Iggy. No matter what you do she will have to deal with the fact that it won't work. I say drunk sex and let her deal with it from there.
