My father had surgery today and he pulled through well. It was a double hernia. ouchie. He's stuck at the hospital for the next couple of days. But he'll be home soon.
In other news, my friend Karen is coming all the way from New Hampshire to spend the night and go to KRF tomorrow.
The bad news is that I have to be at work by 9:30 AM
But it will be good to see everyone again before the final weekend.
I've made the decision to stay in Rhode Island for at least another year before I move to Maryland with my reiki teacher. Then I'll have enough money saved to move down and start school and study my reiki techniques all at the same time.
