The only way I can imagine for everyone to be Judged and Treated Fairly and Eqaul, is by the virtue of recognizing each person for how only you are as a human. Any Human who Respects Authority Must Insist that Authority be Respectable. Any Human Who does not Deal with other Humans Well Should never Be elevated to a Position of Authority. Image a person who just Does Not Like People. Is this person the responsible candidate to possess authority over Humans? ❤️🤗❤️
We should always be entitled to talk to any person who has the awesome power to determine (judge) what we are doing. We should feel safe talking to someone about how their social skills are effecting their ability to do the work. Never question the need and purpose of an Authority; only question whether someone is qualified to have it. We just need the people who have that job to be fully functional adults. We need to look at it from a humanity perspective. I think Police officers body cams record via WiFi and every person who interacts with a police should know they are entitled to leave a video report with any interaction that will be reviewed next to the body cam’s undeniable evidence of how you behaved and what happened. We should be entitled to talk to that person when we are afraid about the social aspect of what their behavior looks like when held up to the same system of laws. We should not feel concerned that there will be conflict with quality authority, and if we try and it’s impossible we have the right to talk with someone else about whether this if person is qualified to have that job!
Police need to learn how to always use their words in every situations. If citizens have the right to remain silence, we are also entitled to talk to you like we both humans all we want. It’s a right; not a Rule! And Police should have laws about being responsible for saying the right things! Police want to keep control so they get aggravated and/or aggressive... ❤️😿❤️ But they didn’t talk enough about what they are doing and what is actually happening! If a police officer’s brain has negative thoughts at work that are inappropriate (or illegal) to actually say to the person during a work-related social interaction; in most cases, these officers of the law should loose their job today!

Police literally should be required to write a 5 page essay every time they get aggressive about what was wrong with you and the reason why aggression is the enemy of the police... and also how you should have handled the situation instead! Police Officers who want to be good at their work, primary need to work on the rights and wrong of their psychology, in order to help them be the BEST at their Public Service Job! For a vast majority of them, there will never be a situation apart from how you be your self worthy to be feared! As a System, The Police should NOT teach or encourage aggression as a cure for being afraid. ❤️🥳❤️
