Okay so I took this energy pill this morning before I went to the gym. Then, clearing not thinking about what I was doing, I went to tan. I turned bright red (not burnt just red) due to the thermo aspect of the pill. 
So, if anyone wants to know no you can not tan on energy pills. Thanks to my stupidity that is now proven.
I have also come up with a weird food combo that I LOVE. It's apple rice cakes with blackberry sugar free jam. Really you should try it! I know it sounds gross but believe me it's mega low calories (I'm a low calorie freak) and it's Yummy!
