Well, it seems my ulcer has gone from 1 to 3. I told the doc I don't feel anymore stressed out then usual. He said that since I'm getting older my intensity with everyday things might be breaking down my stomach. Never thought being an intense person would break me down.

Anyhow, question for all you kiddos out there:

What do you do to calm down?

Besides work out because I'm up to 1.5-2 hours a day and I just can't do anymore. frown

to calm down you need to get someone to snuggle with that you feel completely comfortable with. It makes me feel safe and peaceful.

Well, for one, Work out HAS to be 45 minutes or more while you are at your target heart rate.
I also take a green tea/pyruvate pill to help digestion and metabolism (its pretty safe). Well I was 350 around Christmas last year. On April fools day (if you can believe it) My ex left me a 9 page letter on my pillow. Thats when the diet unoffically started. Didn't eat or sleep for a month. Lost 30 right there. 2 pounds a week for you is healthy though, being a woman. Me being a man, weight falls of me differently. I say for me it was 3 to 4 pounds a week. The program I am on (still till I am ripped like Jesus *wink*) is Beach Body's Slim in Six though it has been way longer then 6 weeks. But it works. Even have resistance bands for toning.
