For those of you sick of hearing about my weight loss struggle don't read the following.
UGH! I broke my fast. I don't know what's wrong with me lately I have no will power. It's sooo frustrating. I'm 5 pounds down from when I started. I just got the Carmen Electra Strip Aerobics. Looks like a good time. Hopefully it will be a fun work out. I'm going to start the 4 disc series tomorrow. Woo Hoo! Feel the burn!

ya so fast are a really bad way to lose wight...the whole time your fasting your body is shutting down and then the first thing you eat go stright to fat to make up for that lost...you will gain wight if you fast....I know it sounds crasy but unless you netritionist recommends it its not just going to up and work....sorry but thats the way of the world
