JUst do what makes you feel good.. If that is not drinking then your body will thank you. If you are drinking then ride that buzz and have a good time you dont have to have a hangover all the time.
Whenever I've taken a break from drinking it has always worked out really well for me. If you don't like the way you feel when you drink, or the environment you are in, then take a break. See how you feel when you don't drink and whether it's better for you.
I've realized that the times I've had the most fun are when I'm in control of myself. I'm not someone that needs to drink to have a good time and I'm sure you aren't either. If binge drinking (or drinking in general) isn't really your thing, who cares?! More power to you for knowing what your body likes and dislikes
