Working retail during the holiday sucks. Promotions keep changing. Backorders still have not shipped. Too much stress. Oh well, only a couple more weeks.

Just finished my Christmas shopping for the family. Almost all of it was done online. It's just so convenient. I still have a few small gifts to get for friends and work, but I am glad the bulk of the shopping is done.

I ordered a new 3-piece suit online. I hate ordering dress clothes online because you are never quite sure about the fit or other details like true color and quality of fabric. Oh well it should be here tomorrow so we will see.

I have not replaced my stolen iPad yet. I have been going back and forth about getting another one or switching it...

Had a great visit with family on Thanksgiving. Unfortuantely had to work yesterday.

Finalized plans for New Years Eve. I know it seems early, but we had to plan early so that my brother can put in for leave. Taking the train to Chicago. Got tickets for the party at Soundbar. Nova NYE if anyone is interested in attending. Should be a fun night.

Have not been on in a while. My iPad was stolen when I was out in Vegas a coule weeks ago. Other than that the trip was great. Our team finished 4th at nationals. New iPhone 4S launches 10/14. At least that's what Apple says. No official word from AT&T yet as to availability and allocation. I have a conference call tomorrow to plan our stores' launch strategy. This less than two weeks after the Galaxy S II launch and eagerly awaiting the Blackberry Bold 9900 launch. Its shaping up to be a nice holiday season for phone shoppers....

Crazy time at work. We are already planning holiday promotions. It just seems too early to think about that. ha ha. Lots of new products being released over the next couple weeks so I've been busy working on forecasts and budgets. Feeling a little stressed, so I took yesterday afternoon off to go play golf.

Our softball team had another 2nd place finish this weekend. We played well until the championship game. Oh well. Gearing up for nationals in Vegas. Going to party at the Rock House at Imperial Palace Thursday, 10/13 if anyone wants to join us. Party at Ghost Bar at the Palms on Sunday, 10/16 too.

Playing softball tournament this weekend. Well actually playing two tournaments. Our coed team started tonight with a win, so we don't play again until 11:30 tomorrow morning. My mens team plays at 9:30 so it works out that I can play both. Unfortunately the tournaments are about 30 miles apart so there will be a lot of driving back and forth.
