Ok. So that job interview I was talking about went very well as I said. The interviewer pretty much gave me the job on the spot. The General Manager of the restaurant was susposed to call me yesterday. I recieved a call, not from him but another job offer. I told the job offer that I have another job that I am interested in and that I pretty much have the job. I didn't want to say yes right away so I wanted to get back to him incase it didn't work out at the other job and I needed a back up. He said, "We'll I don't want to be second place you know? It's sort of ackward."

That is sort of understandable. I didn't think of telling him this until after. I was going to say, "Well, would you rather I accept the job, do one shift and tell you I can't work anymore because I have a better offer?" Plus, he took 3 weeks to make a decision as to hire me.

I was so bummed and depressed yesterday because the General Manager didn't call me. I left him a message as well which he didn't return. I thought I didn't have the job. I called him today and he wants me to come in today or tomorrow to fill out papers and get me started. Now I'm stoked again.

I can't wait to start this job. No more depression!
