driving home from steak 'n' shake tonight, the needle on my speedometer is missing. My car is somewhere north of 90 miles an hour. a mmoment passes before i realize that even in my giant metal car, a deer crossing would be a bad, bad event. I slow back down. Now I wonder, why was I going to that fast, unintentionally?
