adios, vancouver.
in a few hours i'll be cabbing to the airport to catch a plane to another plane to another plane, etc, etc, that will take me to athens. and then...who knows?

as ususal, i leave feeling not unsatisfied, only like i didn't see or do all that i needed to here. but in a city offering so damn much how could i possibly feel otherwise?
i DO feel accomplished as far as spending time with people of the utmost quality goes. really. you motherfuckers know who you are. thanks for breaking bread with me, sharing a cup of tea, beachcombing, sushi-ing, sex-ing, giggling, and everything else. twas a blast.

i leave with pockets full of sea glass, crumbling crab claw, world class used book store scores, bits of torn and tattered cherry blossom petals, plus some bitchen new shades.
