I live in Kitsilano at 2nd and Macdonald. Boundary and 27th isn't bad at all. It's not the swankiest area but it's definitely not a slum. Think low-middle class. I used to live very close to there.

My current place is west of you, by the water. I'm about 2 blocks from the beach!

You shall have to stay with me so we can walk down and catch a sunrise or two on the water!
