I saw here a lot of people who wanna eat healthily, who lost his weight and when I see that posts I thinght “Great job! You are cool!”Because I know how is it. I know how hard choice carrot instead pizza or do one more squat. And I can tell - I crafted my body and it’s what I proud for :)
