Had some hideous news delivered to me by my son Sam....a friend of ours in Holland ...Theo Van Gogh , the great grandnephew of the great Dutch Painter Vincent Van Gogh...was calously murdered on the streets of Amsterdam last week by an Islamic madman who objected to a recent movie Theo had made with a beautiful Somalian 'ex Moslem" [who was a member of the Dutch Parliament ]....in the movie , which was about the atrocious way in which women are treated , it featured a Moslem woman with the Koran written on her naked body and so after this piece of shit had shot him nine times as he was riding his push bike outside the East Park in Amsterdam ..he then plunged knives into his corpse attaching pages of the Koran and death threats towards other prominent Dutch politicians.....Poor Theo he was such a kind and generous soul ...as well as always being wonderful to my son when he was in Holland with his Mother , .he also paid for Sam's schooling in Australia at a very expensive school , as a gesture of kindness and friendship towards Sam's Mother , Suzanne , a lifelong friend , who is now in Holland for the funeral and devastated like us all by such a cruel sensless act. The Internet has lots of information about it all and Theo has a site which always proved to be contraversial...Now he is a Martyr ...a true one , to the cause against this phoney Religious nonsense ...Jihads and the brutal excuse of madman to excuse their violence and ugly behaviour and dress it up in the garb of religion....I'm sure Allah will be happy that someone so wonderful has now been assassinated......Its so hard to believe when someone is so truly ' big ' as a human being that their life was there one second and gone the next ... May the Angels take him to their bosom and the freedom of speech he so much enjoyed live on...forever. Bless you Theo.... it has been an enriching experience just simply knowing you...
