Just in time for the cold weather I've found opportunity to make progress on a little pet project: finishing out my basement. I putting it into a playroom for the girls (2), a "home theater" area, and a spare room for whatever, plus a little half bath. The previous owners thoughtfully had put in a sewage pump so the hard part was done for that. My dad stops by sometimes (not nearly often enough but we are both busy) and gives it the once over. As he's a contractor I do like his advice, he always says I have the talent for it which, ok yeah makes me feel pretty good.
