Just got finished reading Yoga for People Who Can't Be Bothered to Do It, by Geoff Dyer. Basically a series of memoirs, spanning the author's extensive (and often chemically enhanced) travels from 1990 to 2003. I get the feeling that Dyer would probabaly annoy the hell out of me if I met him in person, but at the same time I totally identify with him (hmmm... what does that tell you?) He's miserable and snooty but also funny, in a way only a European intellectual with existential angst can be. Recommended.
