forgot to mention earlier... spott & i saw episode III last night. the story was... well told and completely tragic. it made me cry. the special effects were nothing less than we expect from a star wars film. i noticed the technology looked a little like the original series--for example, the holograms had that same stripey look to them, and the speeder that the one guy was driving when he rescued yoda was the same model as the one luke drives across the desert to see obiwan in episode IV. newer and shinier, but the same model. all in all, i enjoyed my dorkdom thoroughly, and i am glad we went to see it.

today was another shitty day at work. i am beginning to think i could make a very good discrimination due to sex case against my boss. the new guy, who was hired part time to do the same thing i do (with NO experience whatsoever), ran production and neglected the counter today for 2 hours right in front of the manager, and not a word was said. this isn't the first time that has happened. every time i even THINK the word "production", i get yelled at, cut down, and treated like i'm not worth the paperwork i cause for my pay. i'm looking into a transfer/promotion to a supervisor position at another store. it would be a great relief, as well as a step up. wish me luck.

i'm off to play games on neopets. i am such an addict.
