ok if it rains it pours... i fell and messed up my shoulder on the way to the gym and then pulled a hammy or stretched out my groin muscle when i was there. i'm like hobbled and i can't lift my arm. this sucks. The only good part of this is i called in sick on friday cuz everything hurt
whooo day off.i went to the doc and the doc check'd it out
said she wasn't sure and sent me off for xrays...said i mighta busted my scapula
no worries we're all good. just a strain, but i still can't pick anything up and i can't take big steps...damn that groin muscle
i still havn't decided yet mac or stocks...any arm chair advisors ?

AND I KNOW! i'm getting worried about my boys now. we were on a good streak of luck there for awhile but it may have come to an end...
