Today I just about finished a promo for a reality show pilot I'm working on. Perhaps I will post it on this blog to entertain myself when it is finished.
I also finished cutting a trailer for a kung fu western (yes, a kung fu western) that should be out soon if the guy who wrote and directed it doesn't drop dead of a massive stress stroke in the next week or so. It has a fabulous list of people in it who were famous at one time: Ernest Borgnine, Olivia Hussey, Coolio (yes, that Coolio), Martin Kove (aka, the "evil" Sensei from "the Karate Kid") and the guy who played opposite Goldie Hawn in "Butterflies are Free" who I understand just passed away (Edward Albert - the actor is Edward Albert). I am trusting that the guy who wrote and directed it also never reads this blog.
the promo should be done tomorrow, then perhaps I will post it here. However, I am cutting it in the FCP and I'm used to Avid, so I had to absorb all the FCP shortcuts in about a day.
It is now 10:30PM and my downstairs neighbor keeps slamming their door.
I accidentally had my left turn signal on for about two blocks on the way home, so (as retaliation, I assume) a guy tailgated me for ten minutes with HIS LEFT TURN SIGNAL ON. I guess I learned my lesson.
I keep falling in love with lesbians although apparently they would prefer another lesbian to a straight guy, but then why do they keep THROWING THEMSELVES AT ME????????????
