Sounds like what i do quite a bit. I don't go camping as much as i would like but i head up to the mnts nearby to go night hiking. I love the dark and the quite and it wipes away the angst i get from living in town. Don't stay a recluse for too long or you will turn into me, and that would be bad. I have been a recluse for about 15 years now. If you aren't careful you will start to like it and really start to dislike people.
