It's been a minute or two since I put something up, but I felt the need to be expressive. So I guess I'm kind of in a lull, so to speak. I'm two weeks away from going home on leave, I think I'm getting anxious. And I'm still waiting on my Ford Focus RS. It's driving me nuts driving around in a soccer mom car (Toyota Corrola) when I was made for driving fast manuals. I've been really bored lately. Still a few months away from any game releases, like I just said still waiting on my Focus RS. I did get a cute little sweetheart of a dog though.
So the story of the doge. I was at a friends house and his wife went out to get ice at a local grocer. She came back with this dog. She had a collar and a flea collar on, no tags. Found out later she wasn't chipped. I put her on FB and called and gave a description of her to the local PD. Well it's been a month and I still got her so it's safe to say I have a dog now. I did get her shots yesterday and I found out the little doll has heartworms 😕. She is so sweet. She is teaching me about what unconditional love is. It's pleasant to have another being in the apartment.
I think I need to try to go to another base. I'm getting bored here. The "relationship opportunities" here are atrocious. They are either college brauds, girls that straight up live here and have never left, or girls out of college that still don't know what they want. If I had my RS it would be a different story because I could travel.
So I'm getting eye surgery!! One of the parts about being in the military that is good is that they pay for health insurance. So in the next 6 months or so I'm gonna get me eyes fixed. I can finally wear that awesome pair of sunglasses I got way back in Guam (quicksilver aviators).
Honestly, that's really it. Just bored.....
