so i didn't really do much this week...i did get lots of rest and feel super better though.
tuesday i went to springfield with justin so he could help his parents fix xome musical insturments. going to see his family is always stressfull.
wednesday i bought paint and painted the living room. the colours we picked out were red for the dining room area and yellow for the living rooma area. they are called restful red and homony yellow....or that's what it was supposed to be. the yellow colour that we picked couldn't have been more off! i painted the first wall and thought "well....it dries different so we'll see" and moved onto the second wall. by the time i was about to start on the third wall i realized that it was definitly not going to be changing to the yellow colour we had picked. it's more of a greenish taupe-y blah poo colour. it looks ok with the red. i decided to paint the large wall in the living room with the fireplace on it the red colour as well instead of the other colour as it was going to be originally. it turned out quite nice. i'm not too disappointed.
thursday justin was supposed to work but they sent him home so he was gone for like an hour. he scared me because i was still sleeping and he came home and right into the bedroom. it was a nice surprise to get to spend the day with him though. we went for a drive to ottawa to the national art gallery....i know it's kinda a far drive just to go to an art gallery but it's something that i've been wanting to do. the drive was pleasant and ottawa was FREAKIN FREEZING!! it was about -20!! we drove around a bit and got out of the jeep to look at the rideau falls but quickly got back in the car. the art gallery was great. the drive home was pretty brutal though. i'm not cut out for road trips. 10 hours a day in a car is waaaay to much for me. i missed the fable house on thursday night because i was sick after all of the travelling. i hate motion sickness.
hmm..lets see...what else did i do this week. i went shopping for justin yesterday. i bought him new dress pants and black dress shoes because he has a fancy shamancy job interview on monday in new jersey. they are actually flying him there, getting him a rental car and putting him up in a hotel...just for an interview. i guess they really want him. so...i migh tbe movign to jersey...hmm...nto sure how i feel about that right now.
anyways...i'm going to go and do my hair and make-up and make myself pretty for a day at home by myself with my cats.....doing laundry. god i have such a boring life.
