so friday was quite the adventure.
we left the city at 3 and picked up a hitchhiker just outside of monomills on the way to orangeville where we stopped to get an oil change. the dude we picked up had hitchhiked all the way from british columbia to here in 6 days. it's a good thing we left really early with plans to stop for an oil change because it took them an HOUR to do an oil change.
we dropped off the hitchhiker in palmerston and then continued on to kincardine. we made it there just before 7 and wanted to check into the motel we had reserved but there was no one at the motel even though the office was open. we rang the bell and waited around until about 8:30 and then went to the bar.
it was nice to get there that early because it wasn't busy yet and we got a chance to hang out with vonscotch and twwly and some of their friends before it got to packed and loud to talk. i'm looking forward to going up there sometime this summer to visit and possibly get tattoos.
we were going to stay the night but since we couldnt' check into the motel that we booked, left around 12:30 and drove home because justin had to work yesterday in buffalo for the buffalo hockey game.
i got lots of packing done yesterday. and i still have lots of packing left to do.
i think i'm going to go to work with justin today so that i can spend some time with him.
