i'm off to see my doctor today. i haven't been to see my family doctor since the summer. that was for kidney problems and now i'm going for blood work to see if i haev celiac disease. i've been eating gluten free and felt great. then i found out that already being on a gluten free diet could change the results of the tests so i've ahd to eat wheat again. and i feel sooooooo terrible. i think that in itself proves it. even if i don't have celiac disease i'm not going to eat wheat anymore. i feel so much healthier on a wheat free diet.
my doctors office is in fergus so justin is driving me there and then i'm going to give him a grand tour of my little home town. i'm excited to show him all the places of my childhood and teenage life.
