Well you know what you have to do right?(about your crackhead neighbor).....kill her. No one will miss her..HAHAHA! JoKiNg! I lived next door to a cracked-out-ho-bag before.IT SUCKED! We had to move out cause it was sad to hear her get beat by every one she owed money to. At one point she came to our house and begged for help WHILE she was in mid-beat. She would always go to the conner store and buy scratch tickets and say she was really lucky and she was gonna win some "big" money. The funny thing is that she would always win some cash!!
