I might be adopting a new kitty! I'm so excited. I found him on Petfinder and he's just the most beautiful little tabby. I can't wait to hear back from his foster home. I hope I can get him. Everyone cross your finders. miao!!

I haven't felt like posting much lately. I've just been working a lot. Trying to get benefits or more money or something. I don't want to quit my job but I'll have to if I want to keep my own best interests. But yeah, I really have nothing to say. Sad frown

As for losing 20 pounds - that seems an awful lot to me! You are gorgeous as you are in your pics. love love

Me on the otherhand... I could lose 20 pounds. I'm planning to run another marathon this fall, so if I manage to keep up the training, I'll probably succeed in losing at least some of it.

As for a better job, now is the time to plan for it. Why nail technician? A good friend of mine went to barber school and then opened her own shop - she's doing really well. In any case, finding something where you can work for yourself rather than someone seems like a good idea to me, though I can't say I've done it myself.

Spring is coming.

My neeples are sore. I got them pierced yesterday at Hot Rod in the South Side by Chris. Nice guy, very professional. I'm quite pleased except for this soreness.

My kitty is doing better. She still lays around quite a bit because her paws hurt, though. But there has been no more bleeding and she doesn't hate me. I was afraid she would never speak...

Ian brought Kiki (our cat) home from the vet today while I was at work. When I got home she seemed okay until she went into her litter box.
