So up and down. My last post (and proper blog) were so sad, and now I am just ridiculously happy. Things are good. Seriously. Someone pinch me.

Today I ventured into the heart of Wal-Mart to find a copy of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire for my wife, but they were all sold out of the 2-disc special edition. Fuckers. Even 10 minutes in that place withered my soul a good deal. Thankfully, it was to be found at Best Buy, and I bought Howl's Moving Castle for myself.

Last night was beautiful. I had dinner and drinks with the girl, and we stood in the crowded Doug Fir and watched Low play. It was perfect.

Today has been just as good, excepting the soul-sucking shpping interlude. We went for a walk and cleaned my room together and drank tea and did some gazing into each others' eyes.

I am a ridiculous person, I know. I think I am okay with that. At least I'm learning to live in the moment, and right now, it's a happy one.
