This past week has not been the easiest.

Mom had a stroke on monday. The doctors said it was mild, but she still has all the paralysis that goes along with it. This has been especially hard considering my parents and I havn't really gotten along well since I left. So trying to keep the peace through all of this has been awkward to say the least.

Plus work wasn't all that kind about we taking a couple days off because of it. Some other dork has been out sick and they weren't happy about me being gone either...but awkwardness or not, I had to go see her.

I'm sure she'll pull out of it..she's pulled out of worse, a real tough

On a brighter note, I got my Fresh Prince of Bel-Air season one dvd's on friday. I forgot just how great that show really is...so many memories.

Anyway, I'm off.
