i'm not sure whether it's better to just not see someone like that, who you used to care for so much or to still want to hang out with them and torture yourself.
when i last hung out with my ex while we were ex's it reinforced why we weren't together anymore...but then your mind sort of has to torment you with the "good times" later on...
