monday. i just went for a run in riverside park a couple of hours ago. it was nice and quiet. a couple of other joggers, a few old men already bearing down on their first nap of the day, and a few homeless people just waking up. it was really humid tho. i'm still sweating.
i've decided that i'm not friendly enough to be on friendster so i'll probably take myself off of there as soon as i get around to it.
i'm playing a show at the Knitting Factory tap room this Thursday @ 9:00 which is nice.
I saw Chris Brokaw play at the Mercury Lounge on Saturday and as usual, he was amazing. He had this new song called Xs for Eyes which was great. This time he played only on a Martin acoustic; I've only seen him play electric guitar live before so it was great. He did a few Come songs and covered a song by that weird cool synth punk band from the 70s and 80s, Suicide.
