i really let today go.
i sure wanted to be productive today but i didn't do anything. i practiced guitar and went for a walk and that was about it. i think it probably has to do with listening to "smile from the streets you hold". i threw it in when i was cleaning up around the place this morning. stupid idea. the next thing you know, the drugs pour out of the speakers and i'm in outerspace with all of j. frusciante's visions squirming around me. that album is so fucking frightening...i had to get out for a walk, and then after shuffling around for 20 minutes or so, parked my ass on a bench on the median butween the uptown & downtown traffic on broadway next to some homeless people. i sat there and let the sand fall thru the hourglass...threw the day in the shitcan and then came back home and took a nap!?! now i'm up again wondering if i'm going to sleep tonight. i'm too much of a pussy for frusciante.
